1. UK & EU Customers: Right to Cancel (The Cooling-Off Period)
In compliance with UK and EU consumer protection law, if you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have the right to cancel your order and return the products for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you received the last item in your order.
Return Window: You must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period.
Return Shipping: Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refund: We will issue a full refund (including the cost of standard delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that the goods have been returned.
2. General Return Period (Extended Guarantee)
Beyond the legal 14-day right to cancel, we offer an extended return period for all customers in the UK, EU, and USA.
Policy Duration: We accept returns for a refund or exchange for [30 days / other period] from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, resalable condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
3. Return Shipping Costs

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Returns)
USA & Non-EU Returns: For items returned from outside the UK and EU, you must clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS – FAILURE TO DELIVER” to ensure we are not charged import duties. If we incur duties due to incorrect labeling, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at [Returns@waels.online] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on where to ship your return.
