1. Application of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of all products (“Products”) by [Waels Online] (the “Seller”) to you (the “Customer”) through our website [https://www.waels.Online]. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Basis of Sale & Order Acceptance
Contract Formation: Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed between you and the Seller only when we send you an email confirmation stating that the Products have been dispatched.

3. Delivery & Title
Delivery Time: We aim to deliver Products within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed upon or the Product is a custom item.
Risk: The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Title: Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due.
4. Consumer Rights, Warranties, and Faulty Goods
UK & EU Statutory Rights: As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described (e.g., the right to a refund within 30 days if the goods are faulty, or a repair/replacement within six months). Nothing in these Terms affects these statutory rights.
Warranty: We warrant that the Products will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described for a period of [12 months / other period] from the date of delivery.

This does not affect your right to seek legal remedy in your country of residence if required by mandatory consumer protection law (e.g., in the EU or USA).
